GEOINT Program Analyst
Location: Springfield, VA
Serve as an Integrations Officer supporting the requirements process related to the integration of future GEOINT capabilities and methodologies.
Integrate, drive, and assess enterprise-level geospatial intelligence efforts to prepare for new sensors
Develop and coordinate geospatial system interoperability criteria supporting sensor development and integration.
Work with counterparts across the acquisition and intelligence communities to coordinate future sensor priorities and schedules. Establish and maintain cross-agency program coordination processes to ensure the synchronization of budgets and acquisition milestones.
Evaluate and facilitate the integration and transition of complex new technologies and associated functions into operations.
Perform technical assessment of mission partner architectures and programs and support government trade studies and verification and validation activities.
Required and Desired skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of the GEOINT enterprise and the future GEOINT architecture (20+ years’ experience in and around the GEOINT mission preferred)
Experience with mission partners' capabilities, acquisition processes, timelines and systems engineering approach
Demonstrated experience conveying complex, technical results, and recommendations to peers and senior leaders lacking highly technical backgrounds.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in building and sustaining positive relationships with the NSG/ASG
Ability to resolve complex and highly visible problems using seasoned judgment and knowledge of personnel, operations, and logistics to help senior leaders fulfill mission requirements.
Understanding of planning programming and budgeting system (PPBS) desired.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Masters or graduate work in a technical, intelligence, or management related field desired.
