NewBridge Partners was conceived and born out of three families who have worked together for decades and shared a common desire to create a company grounded in culture and committed to delivering unparalleled customer support. Our culture is founded on the principles of being “Humble, Hungry, and Smart”, as eloquently described in the book The Ideal Team Player, by Patrick Lencioni. We also expect the highest level of integrity and mutual respect for one another in all that we do.
Our support spans the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), Federal Civil Agencies, State Agencies, and commercial entities. Together our team excels in providing strategic engineering, acquisition management, intelligence collaboration and data analysis, and space architecture requirements and design. Additionally, we provide certified organizational development, leadership course instruction, and executive coaching support. We bring together a wide variety of tools, methods, materials, and people in unique ways to create value-added products and high payoff results for our customers.
Our passion is to provide clients with top-quality and mission-responsive strategic technical, programmatic, analytic, and organizational development solutions to address the key challenges they face. We strive to advance the success of our customers through ground-breaking, yet achievable, solutions, processes, architectures, and collaboration.
NewBridge Partners is a company name that was carefully and deliberately chosen by our owner partners from the beginning. It addresses our purposeful focus on “building bridges” with our customers and between our customers, where it makes sense, to further their mission success. We also strive to enable the creation of “new” bridges between other personnel and agencies for further success. All of our employees are considered “partners” with one another and, most importantly, with their customers and their mission. More information on our NewBridge Partners name is included on “Our Culture” page.
